The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the goods ordered have not yet been delivered or handed over. According to § 1 Paragraph 3 Point 7 FernAbsG, the provisions on the right of withdrawal and right of return for food in distance sales contracts do not apply. According to the hygiene ordinance, re-placing food on the market is prohibited and therefore an exchange or return is excluded.

We want you to be able to shop quickly and easily in our online shop and to receive your order on the desired date. After entering your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation. As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. The goods will be sent as soon as your payment has been received on our account. You will receive our packages from our contractual partner DHL.

The specified delivery time of 3-4 working days is a delivery time orientation from DHL.
